ANDREW HUANG SELECTED FIRST TEE NATIONAL SCHOLAR
Recently The First Tee Scholarship Advisory Committee convened to select the members of the 2010 Class of Scholars. The Committee received and reviewed applications from eighty very talented and accomplished student leaders. Designating Scholars from those applications was a difficult process and the students who were selected achieved the highest scores based on the qualifications, characteristics, and ideals of the Scholar's Program. Each of the selected First Tee scholars has exhibited leadership, determination, and excellence through their academic achievements as well as extracurricular activities.
We are pleased to announce, Andrew Huang from The First Tee of San Francisco Chapter has been designated Scholars for the class of 2010! Andrew is a senior at Lowell High School and a member of their golf team. He has been a First Tee student for the past 4 years. Starting as a beginning golfer, he quickly moved up to Eagle. Andrew was also selected for The Futures Leader’s forum in 2009. He has aspirations of attending Georgetown, NYU or UC Berkeley.
GREAT JOB ANDREW!!!
